Ragnhild Ekner born 1982 is a documentary filmmaker based in Gothenburg, with her gaze directed to the world. She has a bachelors degree in documentary filmmaking from the Stockholm Academy of Dramatic Arts 2013, and made her debut with the feature length documentary The Traffic Lights Turn Blue Tomorrow 2017. With roots in graffiti and football culture, she is interested in the individuals and groups that seek power alongside the norm.
Her second feature ULTRAS premiered in 2025 and is currently being screened at various film festivals around the world.
